How We Helped

To restore phone reliability and improve overall network performance, we orchestrated a full transition from analog to SIP-based calling. This involved coordinating with the PBX provider to implement SIP licenses, integrating the system into their Ubiquiti network with a static IP and custom firewall rules, and upgrading their internet service from cable to fiber. We managed the entire fiber installation process – including underground and ceiling conduit – ensuring zero additional cost to the client. The result: a seamless, modern communication setup built to last.

System Component Behind the Solution

We worked with the existing PBX provider to secure SIP licenses and transition the Avaya system from outdated analog lines to SIP-based VoIP -delivering clearer, more reliable call quality.

Designed and implemented a segmented network with VLANs and firewall policies to isolate voice traffic from general data, ensuring maximum call stability, security, and performance.

We coordinated with the ISP over multiple site visits to replace cable internet with high-speed fiber, running conduit underground and through the warehouse ceiling - at no extra cost to the client.

Implemented SIP trunking to replace traditional phone lines and ensure scalable, efficient, and cost-effective voice communication.
