We coordinated with the firm’s internet provider, ensured every device had reliable wired connectivity through fresh CAT6 cabling, and replaced their legacy on-premise phone system with a modern VoIP solution. We also relocated and reconfigured their entire network infrastructure into a new IT closet, coordinated with building management to integrate the firm with the buildings access control system, and stayed onsite for ongoing testing and communication with the firm throughout the move.

We installed new CAT6 Ethernet runs to every workstation and device location, ensuring stable, high-speed wired internet and network connectivity for all firm operations.

Partnering with VoIP Doctors, we implemented a new cloud-based VoIP solution that gives the firm flexibility, reliability, and better call quality — without the limitations of a legacy system.

A modern video intercom system was installed and tested to enable secure, easy monitoring of front-door traffic and remote communication with visitors.

All network equipment, servers, and switches were carefully moved into the new IT closet and set up with clean wiring, proper ventilation, and tested for functionality before office re-opening.
